Yoga Classes
   

 

Although these are group classes, each student receives individualized instruction. Classes are carefully designed to meet students where they are, and to help them experience the gifts of yoga at many different levels. Anyone can do yoga!

 

Please wear comfortable clothing and avoid eating heavy food for two hours before class. Please bring a mat if you have one. Mats can also be purchased at the studio. For more information please see yoga classes and yoga teachers.

 

Coming to Yoga for Well Being for the first time? Please arrive about 15 minutes early to complete a health status questionnaire.

 

Other Activities
   

 

In addition to yoga, offerings at YFWB include massage, meditation, Feldenkreis, energy work and childbirth education. For more information, please see also at the studio. Note that workshops do not appear on this calendar but can be found at special events.
